Carriers who use the Uniform Intermodal Interchange Agreement (UIIA) are required to maintain a valid SCAC.
MCS-150 Biennial Update
Update to Carrier's FMCSA profile on Safer. This must be updated every 2 years (even if there are no changes) or at any time that company information changes (number of units, drivers, mailing address, phone number, etc)
DOT Pin Request
New or Replacement of USDOT Pin for the FMSCA portal
Road Tax Form 2290
